By signing on to this course you certify that you are the one taking the course and that you will receive no assistance during the final exam. During enrollment you will be asked several questions about yourself. The answers to these questions will be used to verify your ID periodically during the course. Should you fail to answer a question correctly within 60 seconds you will be referred to ATI for re-validation before re-entering the course.  Also, before beginning the course your identity will be verified by a third party ID Verification service. You will be asked to identify yourself by entering your name, address, etc.  You will then be asked several "challenge" questions from data contained in various databases. This third party verification only occurs at the beginning of the program.

At the conclusion of the program you will take a test of 50 questions. You certify that you will not receive any assistance in taking this exam. Failure to achieve a passing grade of 70 will result in test failure, and you must wait 24 hours before retaking the test. You may retake the test at no charge.  The Aquatic Training Institute warranties that the information contained in the Commercial Pool Technician program is equivalent to or superior to other programs of this type. Should, for whatever reason, a regulatory agency reject the CPT certification within one year of completion we will refund any payment upon the return of the book, certificate, wallet card and a copy of the written rejection. You may return the book in like new condition within 30 days of enrollment for a full refund of your purchase price for the course for any reason.
