POOL OPERATOR RE-CERTIFICATION
THIS IS A COMPLETE ACCREDITED RE-CERTIFICATION COURSE FOR PROFESSIONAL SWIMMING POOL OPERATORS AND INCLUDES:
NOTE: To qualify to take this course you must have previously been certified by ATI or another organization approved by your State Department of Health. If your certification was NOT with the Aquatic Training Institute you must forward a copy of your expiring certification either by scanning and sending to firstname.lastname@example.org or sending a copy to ATI, 6340 N Eldridge Pkwy, Ste. N, Houston, TX 77041. Your new certification will not be mailed to you until a copy of your expiring certification is received by us. Once you have completed the Re-Certification course you will receive a five year certificate as a Certified Pool Technician from the Aquatic Training Institute.
This program covers state regulations, swimming pool calculations, filter types and filter selection, circulation systems and pumps, water chemistry and balancing, water testing, spas and warm water pools and aquatic facility management and safety. This series of lessons contains the content required by governmental agencies, insurance companies and property managers for certification of pool maintenance operation personnel. Cost of this certification program is $299.00 and includes a PDF digitized version of the Certified Pool Technician Handbook, a certificate suitable for framing and a laminated wallet card. A hard copy of the handbook can be purchased for an additional $29.99. By signing on to this course you certify that you are the one taking the course and that you will receive no assistance during the final exam.
At the conclusion of the program you will take a test of 50 questions. You certify that you will not receive any assistance in taking this exam. Failure to achieve a passing grade of 70 will result in test failure, and you must wait 24 hours before retaking the test. You may retake the test at no charge.
The Aquatic Training Institute warranties that the information contained in the Commercial Pool Technician program is equivalent to or superior to other programs of this type. Should, for whatever reason, a regulatory agency in Florida or another state that has approved this program rejects the CPT certification within one year of completion we will refund any payment upon the return of the book, certificate, wallet card and a copy of the written rejection. You may return the book in like new condition within 30 days of enrollment for a full refund of your purchase price for the course for any reason. There are no prerequisites for this course. Payment is made prior to beginning the course through the secure Aquatic Training Institute website.
Student should utilize an environment conducive to learning--area free of distractions, comfortable seating, and good lighting. This course earns 1.6 IACET CEU's upon completion. Learner should have basic computer abilities: use of mouse; navigate website; log on/off program; and send/receive e-mail. Courses can be taken on any computer with internet access. Access to a printer is required to download certificates of completion.
